PLANT WALKS FOR CHILDREN

Are the children in your life already curious about the plants around them, or do you wish they were?

Let us help you teach the children in your lives about the plants that grown on your own property. Whether you live on a rural farm with 100 acres of land to explore, or you live in town and have a small backyard, you WILL find edible or medicinal plants right at your feet.

Children CAN learn how to identify SAFE plants (with your help)

Are you curious about the plants on your property?

Let us help you identify the plants that grow on your own property. Whether you live on a rural farm with 100 acres of land to explore, or you live in town and have a small backyard, you WILL find edible or medicinal plants right at your feet.

You can learn to identify the safest wild edibles on your land and incorporate them into your daily meals for you and your families.

You can learn to identify the safest medicinal plants on your land and learn how to work with them.

Are you curious about the wild edible and medicinal plants that grow in NH?

Come join us to learn about how to find, identify, process and use wild edible and medicinal plants.

If you have land and would like to host a plant walk please contact us.

 

Learn Your Land:

  • We will pre-walk the property to properly take the time to identify the plants that you have available to you so we can customize recipes and instruction for you to be delivered on the day of the walk.

  • On the day of the walk we will walk with you to identify the edible and medicinal plants you have available to you.

  • We will show you how to properly harvest and process the plants for your own use.

  • We will give you recipes and instructions on how you can start using the plants that we found and guide you to additional resources to continue your adventures into knowing your land.

  • Project “kits” can be added if you want to continue your plant adventures on your own with easy to use materials and easy to follow instructions.

Plant Walks for Children:

  • On the day of the walk we will walk with you and the child/children to identify the edible and medicinal plants you have available to you.

  • We will give you recipes and instructions on how you can start using the plants that we found and guide you to additional resources to continue your adventures into knowing your land.

  • Project “kits” can be added if you want to continue your plant adventures on your own with easy to use materials and easy to follow instructions.

PLANT WALK AVAILABILITY

Plant walks are completely customized for your property and for your needs, because of this we will need at least 2 weeks notice in order to schedule a time to walk your property and do the necessary prep work.
